By now, you definitely know about the big change to the FAFSA this year.. hopefully. For the first time ever, the FAFSA became available on October 1st, instead of January. Even with this extra time, there will be students out there who miss out on thousands of dollars in financial aid just by not completing it by the deadline, or at all! Students needing a little help narrowing down their college list can use this great tool from the College Board to see a side-by-side comparison. This will allow you to see an overview of each school so that you can compare and contrast by size, location, cost, and admission requirements.
